PLEIN AIR SUNSHINE MEADOWS PAINT OUT 2021-2022 SEASON
You are a select group of artists that we would like to include you in this season.
Why? Because we are organizing some exciting opportunities for all!
Last year you had the opportunity to paint artworks that showcase horse portraits and the Sunshine Meadows horse boarding facility.
This year we are coordinating new opportunities to paint world class racers while they are practicing at Sunshine Meadows Equestrian Village and at Palm Beach Downs.
- Plein air artists will be able to paint up front where the world renowned race horses are housed
- Plein air artists will be able to paint on the balcony to capture harness racing and training.

- Opportunity to paint the following groups of activities at Sunshine Meadows:
- Harness training
- Race training
- Riding lessons
In addition, during the season we will be hosting two events (highlighted in red below) at the facility for you to showcase your paintings to the owners, trainers and customers of the Sunshine Meadows community.
Besides plein air artists exhibiting their paintings, we will invite other equestrian sculptors, artisans, vendors and food trucks for and afternoon of festivities, commerce and fun!
To participate in this year’s season and contribute to the programs success we ask for you to participate to the following:
- Attend the paint out dates and events
- Promote program on your social media (simply share our posts or do your own)
December 2021 - April 2022 SEASON
- Sat., Dec. 11, 9-noon .............................. Completed

We plan to promote the events the following ways:
- Social media
- Press release
- Web site paint out
- Sunshine Meadows social media and web site as well as opportunity to share at special community meetings.
BONUS PAINT OUT OPPORTUNITY
Early April (date TBD) for Kentucky Derby held in May
Palm Beach Downs, 441 and Atlantic Ave.
At this facility world renowned horses are trained for Kentucky Derby. This facility trains horses with the most starts in Derby. You will be able to paint the Kentucky Derby contenders.
* Please note horse trainer faces cannot be painted for recognition because they are sponsored.
